He founded Ideal Integrations in 2003 and co-founded Blue Bastion, guiding both organizations to national recognition as trusted technology and security providers. After making strategic acquisitions to grow Ideal Integrations, Michael leads the collective organization, which rebranded as RedHelm in 2025. Honored with the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Technology, Sales, and Service, Michael has built his career on integrity, communication, and hands-on engagement across all levels of the business. His collaborative approach ensures RedHelm remains at the forefront of managed services, cybersecurity, and client innovation

His background spans finance operations, M&A, and corporate governance, with a strong track record of building scalable financial systems. Based in Northern Virginia, Bobby enjoys surfing, hiking, and performing acoustic music in his spare time.

Melissa Stratos oversees Sales and Business Development at RedHelm, where she applies more than 15 years of technology sales leadership experience to building strong client and channel relationships. With extensive experience in accounting and managed services growth, Megan has guided multiple organizations through major structural transitions, IPOs, and recapitalizations. A Certified Public Accountant with a PhD in Accounting, she combines precision, foresight, and strategic leadership to advance RedHelm’s evolution while ensuring cross-functional alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

With over 27 years of experience in IT infrastructure, engineering, and operations, Kurt Camealy leads Technology Operations at RedHelm. Since joining the company in 2004, he has played a key role in developing scalable and secure IT strategies that empower clients to thrive. Kurt’s collaborative leadership connects RedHelm’s technical, engineering, and business development teams to ensure every solution delivers measurable results.

Luke McOmie leads RedHelm’s Offensive Security team, leveraging more than 25 years of experience in red teaming, ethical hacking, and security program development.
